Outdoor BBQ Kitchen Cleaning
Thank you for purchasing our AlfrescoPlus™ DIY BBQ outdoor kitchen, we hope once assembled and installed you enjoy many hours of outdoor barbecuing.
As this is a DIY assembly and install outdoor kitchen, you will need to dispose of all packaging material in an environmentally friendly way.
As the components have come flat packed, it is expected that some manufacturing residue, as well as packaging residue, may still be on the components. Our suggestion is that all the components to your outdoor kitchen are fully assembled and that your outdoor kitchen is installed into its intended position before cleaning.
- Vacuum inside each module and the outside of your outdoor kitchen.
- If no vacuum is available, use a hand brush (or Damp cloth). Gently sweep the inside and out.
We recommend the following to clean your outdoor kitchen initially after it’s into position.
Using “Sugar Soap” wipes, available at Bunnings and most hardware and grocery stores;
- On each of the Modules, wipe the inside and outside of each door using “Sugar Soap” wipes.
- Finally wipe each door dry with a micro fibre cloth.
- Wipe the bench top/s with warm soapy water mix.
Using “Canola Oil spray” and a “Micro-Fibre cloth”, available at most grocery stores;
- Lightly spray the outside and the inside of each door and wipe/polish with the “Micro-Fibre” cloth
- Using the same cloth, wipe all edges of each door.
- As the materials are rated for outdoor use, this does not mean that they do not require cleaning and care to ensure longevity of look and finish.
To keep your appliances clean we suggest referring to the appliance manufacturer’s instructions for specific cleaning details.
Benchtops, end panels and inside cabinets simply need a clean using a soft cloth with warm soapy water mix and a quick wipe and dry.
At least monthly, clean and rejuvenate the doors by;
- Using “Canola Oil” spray and a “Micro-Fibre cloth,” available at most grocery stores
- Lightly spray the inside and outside of the door and wipe/polish with the “Micro-Fibre” cloth
- Using the same cloth wipe all edges of the door
All the products we have referred are classified as non-hazardous. Please always refer back to the relevant PDS STD for your own and others safety.
